THE SPIRIT HAS BEEN POURED OUT

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh…(Joel 2:28).

What a remarkable declaration from God through the prophet Joel! He said, “I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh.” This was God unveiling His eternal plan for humanity, a time when His Spirit would no longer be only on a select few, but would be made available to all humanity. 

And blessed be God, that prophecy has been fulfilled. On the day of Pentecost, the Bible says, ...there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind… And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost…” (Acts 2:2-4). This changed everything. The Spirit has been poured out. And today, the Gospel can be preached in every nation and to every person with the assurance that men and women can receive and believe the truth. 

No one can truly know or believe in Jesus Christ without the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It’s the Holy Spirit who brings conviction and unveils the righteousness and reality of Christ to the human heart (John 16:7-8). Remember, when the Lord Jesus asked His disciples, ..Whom say ye that I am?” (Matthew 16:15), Peter answered, ..Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God” (Matthew 16:16). 

Then, the Master immediately responded, ...flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 16:17). Furthermore, in John 6:44, the Lord said,  “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him…. How does the Father draw men today? 

It’s through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. He’s the One at work in the hearts of men everywhere, making them receptive to the Gospel and granting them the ability to believe. This is why you must never be discouraged when preaching the Gospel. 

The Holy Spirit has already been poured out upon all flesh. He’s working in the hearts of men in every city, in every nation, and in every culture. Your responsibility is to proclaim the truth boldly and faithfully, knowing that the Spirit of God is convicting, convincing, drawing, and transforming lives through the message. Glory to God!

                 PRAYER

Dear Father, thank you for the outpouring of your Spirit upon all humanity. Thank you for the privilege of being a minister of the Gospel and a partaker of the ministry of the Spirit. As I proclaim the Gospel, hearts are opened, lives are transformed, and many are brought into the knowledge of Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

قَدْ سُكِبَ الرُّوحُ

«وَيَكُونُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَنِّي أَسْكُبُ رُوحِي عَلَى كُلِّ بَشَرٍ...» (يوئيل 2: 28).

ما أروع هذا الإعلان الذي أعلنه الله على لسان النبي يوئيل! فقد قال: «أَسْكُبُ رُوحِي عَلَى كُلِّ بَشَرٍ». كان الله يكشف بذلك عن خطته الأبدية للبشرية، عن الوقت الذي لن يكون فيه روحه على قلة مختارة فقط، بل سيصبح متاحًا لجميع البشر.

ومبارك الله، لأن هذه النبوة قد تحققت. ففي يوم الخمسين، يقول الكتاب المقدس: «وَصَارَ بَغْتَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ صَوْتٌ كَمَا مِنْ هُبُوبِ رِيحٍ عَاصِفَةٍ... وَامْتَلَأَ الْجَمِيعُ مِنَ الرُّوحِ الْقُدُسِ...» (أعمال 2: 2-4). لقد غيّر هذا كل شيء. لقد سُكِبَ الروح. واليوم، يمكن أن تُكرَز بالإنجيل في كل أمة ولكل إنسان، ونحن على يقين بأن الرجال والنساء يستطيعون أن يقبلوا الحق ويؤمنوا به.

لا يستطيع أحد أن يعرف يسوع المسيح حقًا أو يؤمن به دون عمل الروح القدس. فالروح القدس هو الذي يبكت، ويكشف برّ المسيح وحقيقته لقلب الإنسان (يوحنا 16: 7-8). تذكّر أنه عندما سأل الرب يسوع تلاميذه: «وَأَنْتُمْ، مَنْ تَقُولُونَ إِنِّي أَنَا؟» (متى 16: 15)، أجاب بطرس: «أَنْتَ هُوَ الْمَسِيحُ ابْنُ اللهِ الْحَيِّ» (متى 16: 16).

ثم أجابه السيد مباشرة قائلًا: «إِنَّ لَحْمًا وَدَمًا لَمْ يُعْلِنْ لَكَ، لَكِنَّ أَبِي الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ» (متى 16: 17). علاوة على ذلك، قال الرب في يوحنا 6: 44: «لاَ يَقْدِرُ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يُقْبِلَ إِلَيَّ إِنْ لَمْ يَجْتَذِبْهُ الآبُ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي...». فكيف يجتذب الآب الناس اليوم؟

إنه يفعل ذلك من خلال عمل الروح القدس. فهو الذي يعمل في قلوب الناس في كل مكان، ويجعلهم مستعدين لقبول الإنجيل، ويمنحهم القدرة على الإيمان. ولهذا السبب، يجب ألا تُحبط أبدًا عندما تكرز بالإنجيل.

لقد سُكِبَ الروح القدس بالفعل على كل بشر. إنه يعمل في قلوب الناس في كل مدينة، وفي كل أمة، وفي كل ثقافة. ومسؤوليتك هي أن تعلن الحق بكل جرأة وأمانة، عالمًا أن روح الله يبكت ويقنع ويجتذب ويغيّر حياة الناس من خلال الرسالة. المجد لله!
